- If you’re like many of our clients, you’re faced with the dual task of increasing the digital marketing portion of your business while working with budgets that are flat at best. Digital production nearshoring is your solution. Much like the IT infrastructure developed in India a decade ago, Latin American countries – and specifically, Costa Rica – have developed the English-speaking, technically-skilled resources to support a wide range of digital marketing functions.
- Nearshoring enables low-cost, high-quality production of digital marketing assets utilizing a labor force that is bilingual and has been directly exposed to the practices and expectations of U.S. businesses. Companies such as Catalysta operate during the same business hours and with the internationally-used tools that make collaboration easy
What types of companies use digital production nearshoring?

- Near-shoring has become a staple practice across the marketing industry. Most large advertisers and digital agencies leverage nearshoring support services. If you are a small or medium-sized agency or business, nearshoring should also be a part of your digital development process.
- Typically, businesses save 30-50% of the costs associated with skilled programming and digital production resources in the U.S.
- Prospective clients can call our new business line to schedule a client intake, which includes a detailed discussion about objectives and business requirements. Normally, this discussion is preceded by the signing of and non-disclosure and non-compete agreement. Once intake is completed, a U.S.-based project manager becomes the primary client contact and facilitates a direct discussion with the client and the design/development team at the production facility.
How do clients communicate with the production team?

- Catalysta’s team is in constant contact with your in-house creative or marketing team. We use a range of communication tools including Skype video chat, MSN chat, phone and email.
- Most of Catalysta’s assignments require collaboration between client personnel and the development team. Catalysta employs a wide variety of online tools including GoToMeeting and Axure to facilitate teamwork.
- All assignments are supported by a defined timeline and schedule of activities, and a client portal that shows current updates of work in progress.
What is the payment structure?

- All client arrangements are different and depend on the assignment and financial reputation of your business. In general, Catalysta will bill upon completion of design work to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied. Technical development is normally billed in stages.
- Payments are made to our U.S. office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
What if a client is not satisfied?

- All work is fully guaranteed to conform to established business requirements and a high level of user experience. If a client is not satisfied, our policy is to make every attempt to address the expectations or cancel any charges.
